Welcome!

Dear Parents,

Welcome to Grade 3! I hope the students are well rested and ready for another busy year!

My name is Stacy O'Sullivan. I am from Ireland. I have been teaching for 8 years (2 1/2 years at AIS). My hobbies include playing futsal, photography, superhero movies, watching rugby, and playing ukulele. Before moving to Osaka 2 1/2 years ago, I was teaching in Thailand for 3 years. I have also lived in Australia and England. I really love travelling and have been to many countries.

I am very passionate about IB. It has been wonderful to see from the beginning how IB has been implemented in our school, and how we go from strength to strength each year. I was very proud of our school community when we got verification from IB, and I hope we can continue to do great things with this curriculum.

I am very excited to teach your children this year! They are a great group of kids and I am excited to get to know them more! I have spoken with Mr. Derek about their progress, so that we can have a smooth transition for them.

Be sure to subscribe to this blog so you don't miss any posts!

Enjoy the rest of the vacation!
I am looking forward to a great year together!
Ms. Stacy.
